Our Network
Overview
Turkish Furniture Network operates through a selective Turkish manufacturing network that we contract, manage, and coordinate as part of our furnishing contractor responsibility.
This network is not presented as a directory or marketplace.
It functions as an execution infrastructure that allows TFN to deliver complete furnishing scopes with control, consistency, and accountability.
Why the Network Matters
Furnishing projects sourced from Turkey often involve multiple categories, production methods, and timelines.
Without structure, this leads to:
-
Fragmented responsibility
-
Inconsistent quality
-
Communication gaps
-
Increased risk for the client
TFN’s role is to remove this fragmentation by operating through a managed network rather than individual, disconnected suppliers.
How the Network Is Structured
The TFN manufacturing network spans multiple furnishing categories, including:
-
Upholstery and loose furniture
-
Case goods and fixed furniture
-
Custom joinery and millwork
-
FF&E-related categories such as lighting, rugs, and soft furnishings
Manufacturers are selected based on capability, not branding.
Each production partner is assigned work according to:
-
Technical suitability
-
Proven production experience
-
Capacity and reliability under project conditions
The network is structured to support project execution, not ad-hoc purchasing.
Selection and Management
Manufacturers within the TFN network are evaluated and engaged based on:
-
Consistency of production quality
-
Ability to meet specifications and tolerances
-
Responsiveness during coordination
-
Experience working on international projects
TFN contracts and manages these relationships directly.
Clients do not interface with individual manufacturers, and manufacturers do not operate independently within a project.
TFN remains the single point of coordination and responsibility.
What the Network Is Not
To avoid misunderstanding, the TFN network is not:
-
A list of recommended suppliers
-
A platform for direct purchasing
-
A showroom or catalog
-
A branding exercise
Its purpose is execution — not exposure.
What This Means for Clients
Working through TFN’s managed network means:
-
One responsible partner
-
Controlled coordination across categories
-
Reduced dependency on individual suppliers
-
Consistent execution aligned with scope and intent
The network enables TFN to operate as a contractor — not as an intermediary.
TFN’s network exists to support structured, accountable furnishing execution for international projects sourced from Turkey.
